1, General booking conditions

Please note that the rates and conditions offered for renting the respective items (stages, photo booths & game consoles, AV & infrastructure, tents), services (event consulting, entertainment, photographers & video teams, graphic design (excluding printed matter), ground transportation, activities , Virtual events / registrations / apps, exclusive badges) as well as the production of certain items (gifts, graphic design incl. printed matter, virtual events / registrations / apps, inclusive  badges) specifically for the MICE segment, bookable up to 14 days before the event. Short-term inquiries will be checked and confirmed according to availability, on working days, within 24 hours of the request.

2, Scope

For the use of this website and the business relationships between enetworks.ch (eNetworks Switzerland GmbH) and its customers, the following general terms and conditions apply in the version that is currently available when the website is accessed or when the order is placed. The offer on this website is aimed exclusively at customers with Swiss domicile.

Any natural or legal person who maintains business relationships with eNetworks Switzerland GmbH is referred to as a customer. The terms and conditions, as well as the data protection regulations, may be adjusted from time to time. eNetworks Switzerland GmbH asks you to read these provisions carefully each time you visit the website and each time you order goods.

These terms and conditions apply exclusively. Conditions that contradict, supplement or deviate from these terms and conditions require express written confirmation by eNetworks Switzerland GmbH in order to be valid. When using this website or when placing an order, the customer confirms that he fully accepts these terms and conditions.

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions prove to be ineffective or unenforceable, or become ineffective or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

3, Information on this website

enetworks.ch contains information about the rental of event equipment, event services and the individual production of articles. We reserve the right to make changes to prices and ranges as well as technical changes. eNetworks Switzerland GmbH endeavors to provide all details and information on this website that are correct, complete, up-to-date and clearly arranged, but eNetworks Switzerland GmbH can neither expressly nor tacitly guarantee this.

4, Conclusion of a contract

The offers on this website represent a non-binding invitation to the customer to order products and / or services from www.enetworks.ch. With the order via this website including the acceptance of these terms and conditions, the customer makes a legally binding offer to conclude a contract. The eNetworks Switzerland GmbH then sends an automatic "order confirmation" by email, which confirms that the customer's offer has been received by eNetworks Switzerland GmbH. Orders placed are binding for the customer. Unless otherwise noted, there is no right of return or withdrawal (see General Terms and Conditions, point 9 cancellation conditions).

The contract is concluded as soon as eNetworks Switzerland GmbH sends a declaration of acceptance by email, in which the dispatch of the contracted products or services is confirmed. Orders are only delivered after full payment has been received (exception: payment after the event) and if the goods are available. In the case that an article is not available after a binding booking, eNetworks Switzerland GmbH undertakes to offer the customer an option of at least equal quality. In the case that the alternative does not suit the customer, the order can be canceled free of charge for the customer. If the customer's payment has already been received by eNetworks Switzerland GmbH, the payment will be refunded to the customer. If payment has not yet been made, the customer is released from the obligation to pay.

5, Terms and Conditions

The customer assumes full responsibility for the proper use of all services, equipment and rented technical equipment. All damage that can be attributed to improper use will be invoiced to the customer.

6, Delivery, setup and tear down

The customer ensures that delivery for setup, teardown and / or delivery of articles is possible. Should additional expenses arise for delivery, parking or reaching the event location or place of delivery, these will be billed to the customer. The setup & tear down times, transfer times and service times must be defined in writing up to 7 days before the event. An employee of eNetworks Switzerland GmbH will contact you. For setup & tear down that are not on the day of the event, an additional 25% of the value of the goods will be charged.

7, Waiting times

If there are waiting times during delivery, these will be billed to the customer.

8, Evening, night, Sunday and holiday surcharges for staff

(only for the Event Consulting category including all service providers for on-site support as well as setup and teardown)
From 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. there is a surcharge of CHF 20 per hour per employee
From 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. there is a surcharge of CHF 30.- per hour per employee
On Sundays and public holidays are subject to a surcharge of CHF 35 per hour per employee for regular working hours from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., evening and night surcharges, as defined above, will be charged additionally. The prices are net, exclusive of VAT.

9, Cancellation policy

Applicable for the categories below including all articles and services in the respective:

  • AV & infrastructure
  • Tents

> 60 days before the event, free cancellation
60 - 31 days before the event, 50% of the booked turnover will be charged
15 - 30 days before the event, 75% of the booked turnover will be charged
<15 days before the event, 100% of the booked turnover will be charged

Applicable for the categories below including all articles and services in the respective:

  • Gifts
  • Graphic design
  • Event Consulting
  • Virtual events, registrations, apps & badges

No free cancellation, after ordering, possible. 100% of the booked revenue will be invoiced as these articles and services are individually manufactured / created for you.

10, Payment terms

All items and services ordered through eNetworks are invoiced through eNetworks Switzerland GmbH. Details can be found on the order confirmation / invoice.

11, Due date for payment

Can be seen on the order confirmation / invoice.

12, Prices

All prices are valid for the year 2021 and are shown with the current Swiss VAT.

Delivery, setup, teardown and implementation according to booking via eNetworks.ch throughout the canton of Zurich.

Grisons (bookable from 1st of March 2022)

Delivery, setup, teardown and implementation according to booking via eNetworks.ch in Davos and Klosters.

Bern (bookable from 1st of May 2022)

Delivery, setup, teardown and implementation according to booking via eNetworks.ch throughout the canton of Bern.

Lucerne (bookable from 1st of May 2022)

Delivery, setup, teardown and implementation according to booking via eNetworks.ch throughout the canton of Lucerne.

Schaffhausen (bookable from 1st of May 2022)

Delivery, setup, teardown and implementation according to booking via eNetworks.ch throughout the canton of Schaffhausen.

St. Gallen (bookable from 1st of May 2022)

14, Complaints / defects / changes

All complaints, defects and changes must be reported immediately in writing.In the event of complaints, a written position name must be sent to eNetworks Switzerland GmbH within 30 days after the event. All claims that are submitted after the deadline cannot be considered. All changes must be made in writing.

15, Force majeure

For events of force majeure that make the contractual performance considerably more difficult for the provider or temporarily hinder the proper execution of the contract or make impossible, the provider is not liable. Force majeure includes all circumstances that are independent of the will and influence of the contracting parties, such as natural disasters, government measures, official decisions, blockades, war and other military conflicts, mobilization, civil unrest, terrorist attacks, strikes, lockouts and others labor unrest, confiscation, embargo or other circumstances that are unforeseeable, serious and through no fault of the contracting parties and after this has been concluded enter into contract. Insofar as one of the contracting parties is prevented from fulfilling its contractual obligations due to force majeure, this does not count as a breach of contract, and the deadlines specified in the contract or on the basis of the contract will be extended appropriately in accordance with the duration of the hindrance. The same applies if the provider relies on the is dependent on advance payment by third parties, and this is delayed. Each contracting party will do everything in its power, what is necessary and reasonable to the extent to reduce the consequences caused by the force majeure. The contracting party affected by the force majeure will commence and the other contracting party report the end of the obstacle immediately in writing. As soon as it is established that the force majeure will last longer than 6 months, each contracting party is entitled to the to terminate the contract by registered letter.

16, Insurance & liability

We expect and the customer confirms with the booking that the customer has full insurance coverage for the participants, employees and all people involved on site in relation to the event. eNetworks Switzerland GmbH only acts as a lessor / agent / service provider for the items and services ordered via the shopping cart and is not responsible for accidents, losses, injuries, delays or other deviations / errors which are not our responsibility or our control. In no case will the liability exceed the total amount booked.

17, Termination of the contract

Elements Switzerland GmbH can terminate the contract if the customer does not respect these agreements.

18, copyright notice

All rights, including copyrights, to these terms and conditions are held by eNetworks Switzerland GmbH.
Any duplication, distribution or other use is prohibited and only permitted with the express and written consent of eNetworks Switzerland GmbH. In the event of a violation of this requirement, eNetworks Switzerland GmbH reserves the right to take all legal steps.

19, Place of jurisdiction

This contract relates to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.

20, Further provisions

eNetworks Switzerland GmbH expressly reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and to bring them into force without notice. Specializations such as minimum order value and / or quantity as well as delivery times can be found in the respective categories and / or in the article.
